There’s lots of Adele love going on lately, & it was no surprise that she completely dominated at the Grammys a few weeks ago. We all love Rolling in the Deep, Someone Like You and Set Fire to the Rain, but there are several songs on 21 that aren’t as widely appreciated and I felt like showing one of them a little love too. It’s got a killer little beat!

The First National tour was nominated for nine National Broadway Theatre awards (now “Touring Broadway Awards”) and won five awards, including Best Musical, Best Direction, Best Actor, and Best Actress.
The Aida (2000 Original Broadway Cast) Cast recording won the Grammy Award for Best Musical Show Album. A song from Aida, “Written in the Stars” (recorded and sung by Elton John and LeAnn Rimes) reached No.2 in the Billboard US adult contemporary music charts, and No.1 in the Canadian contemporary charts.
